Our team of 180 people combines architects, building surveyors, quantity surveyors, electrical, mechanical and sustainability engineers, project managers and CDM specialists.

Their shared expertise and our collaborative culture, combined with the latest technology, enable us to offer dynamic solutions and value for money. For each project, we build a bespoke team around our client to deliver the exact knowledge and expertise they need.

We invest in advanced tools, techniques and training to deliver the best possible service. Using the latest building information modelling (BIM) software, our team can show you exactly how your building will look and function well before any construction work begins.

By creating precise virtual models of our designs, we’re able to analyse, assure and assess their performance, and ensure they comply with the relevant regulations.

This technology helps to highlight challenges and increase flexibility in the early stages, as well as reducing reduce project costs. It also generates data that will help the building to function optimally once it is completed.

Baily Garner has been combining excellence and innovation for more than 45 years. Based in London and Birmingham, we have a strong track record across the housing, health, education, care, blue light and commercial sectors, as well as in regeneration and mixed use.

Our work ranges from restoration to new builds, and often requires a high degree of sensitivity to meet the needs of all those involved. Past projects include schools, hospitals, fire stations, churches and care homes.

Under our equity management structure, and in line with our ethos of continual improvement, we continue to develop our skills and services into a truly interdisciplinary professional practice.

As an organisation, we are accredited with all the relevant technical, industrial and quality management bodies.

All of our partners, and many of our staff, also hold individual qualifications from RIBA, RICS, APM, CIBSE and IET, or have a relevant accreditation in relation to their specialism.
