We are very proud to announce that we have achieved 2 star accreditation by Best Companies for ‘Outstanding’ employee engagement.
The accreditation has been awarded as a result of an engagement survey which all of our 187 employees were invited to take part in.
We pride ourselves on putting our people first and creating a friendly, vibrant and inspiring working environment where our team are encouraged to share their skills and expertise and develop to their full potential. Achieving this external recognition of staff engagement is evidence that our staff are engaged with this ethos.
Following announcement of the accreditation, Managing Partner Andy Tookey said:

Our organisation has changed a lot since then, especially over the last 5 years with some changes in leadership, so it’s great that our staff feel engaged with what we are trying to achieve.”
