The project involves the erection of a mixed-use development comprising the Sir Simon Milton Westminster University Technical College and an 11-storey residential building containing 47 apartments (class C3).
The Ebury Bridge Centre is in a prime central London location, situated between the high value residential areas of Pimlico, Chelsea and Belgravia.
The site is bounded to the west by Network Rail land, to the south by the Peabody Avenue and to the north-east by Sutherland Street.
The project includes the excavation of a basement level across the site to provide 23 car parking spaces for the residential units, cycle parking and plant, with further plant at main roof level.
