This major town centre mixed use development - including retail, hotel, cinema and flats - will regenerate the centre of Addlestone.
The site is partially bounded by two public highways, Station Road, the B3121, on the northern boundary and Garfield Road on the south-eastern boundary. The site wraps around the western, southern and eastern sides of Runnymede Borough Council’s new Civic Centre.
The regeneration of Addlestone Town Centre includes 213 residential units, 13,656m² of retail (13 units) across two phases of development, incorporating a 101 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel, a Little Waitrose and a six screen Odeon Cinema. It will feature two car parks providing a total of 445 parking spaces.
