Baily Garner has won a place on the South East Consortium (SEC) Asset and Development Framework.
This latest appointment marks 12 years of partnership with SEC, working on projects procured through the framework to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard.
During this time, we’ve worked with public sector clients who procured our services through the framework to deliver works ranging from residential new build to blue light refurbishment.
Bradley Webster, Partner and Director of Transformation, said: “We’ve been reappointed on the SEC Consultancy Framework for each of the last four iterations since 2012, and in that time we’ve worked on numerous exciting projects. A shared priority of focusing on what solutions our client requires makes SEC and Baily Garner natural partners, and we’re excited to continue our strong track record of delivering successful project outcomes together.”
Baily Garner is one of the selected suppliers appointed to Lot 1 (Multidisciplinary Consultancy) and Lot 3 (Zero Carbon Consultancy).
The appointment will last for 3 years on the basis of this award, with the option for SEC to extent this by a further year.
