Zachary Munro

Zach has been at Baily Garner since 2014, initially starting as a placement student before completing the final year of his degree on a part-time basis. Since graduating from university in 2017, Zach has become a chartered building surveyor before being promoted to associate partner in 2023. Throughout his career Zach has gained experience in the residential, education and commercial sectors. Zach has successfully delivered a wide variety of projects including fire safety improvement works, estate regeneration schemes, new build residential developments and sports pitch construction.

Zach now manages the Building Standards programme within our Building Standards and CDM group. Zach is passionate about ensuring buildings are constructed and maintained with the safety of the occupants in mind particularly with regard to fire risks.
