Will Gregory

Will’s journey with Baily Garner began in 2015 when he joined the business as a trainee building surveyor.

Since then Will has progressed to be a chartered building surveyor and project manager and is now responsible for leading our midland based group which includes a diverse range of services such as project management, quantity surveying, mechanical and electrical engineering, and building surveying.

Over the last decade Will has delivered for Clients across a variety of refurbishment and new build projects, across a full suite of sectors including housing, regeneration, education, blue light, and care.

Delivering projects across a range of sectors has given Will a rounded experience which has helped shaped his approach into one which is adaptable and client-focused.
