Stuart Wigley

Stuart has over 25 years’ experience as a chartered quantity surveyor working in the housing, education, health and care sectors. He has broad design experience on large collaborative projects, particularly including challenging regeneration projects such as Silwood and Bolney Meadows as well as working on programmes of mixed use and mixed tenure new build projects with multiple London Boroughs.

Stuart provides our clients with strategic advice on procurement strategies and the establishment of Contractor Framework Agreements, as well as carrying out negotiations on Section 106 projects with developers and undertaking open market project appraisals. Stuart is the discipline head of quantity surveying (QS) for the practice and drives the quality agenda through the use of modern QS tools combined with robust in-house cost data.
