Stevie Dennis

Stevie is a Senior Sustainability Consultant at Baily Garner, based in the Eltham office. He has over 10 years of experience, having worked in sustainability since 2011. With an architectural background, Stevie is focused on delivering sustainable design solutions in the built environment. His experience encompasses a wide range of project typologies, from large mixed-use residential developments, educational and commercial office buildings both in the UK and internationally, where he has supported and challenged the design process to achieve highly performing assets that maximise reduction of their carbon emissions and enhance occupant health and wellbeing.

At Baily Garner, he is responsible for detailed dynamic thermal modelling analysis and leading the net zero carbon design process. He is experienced in a variety of analysis techniques including analysing thermal comfort, daylight & sunlight, building physics, EPC, SBEM, SAPs, energy strategy/LZC assessments, feasibility analysis, heating cooling loads, energy surveys and energy audits. He is also an IES in-house trainer.
