Sonny Cook

Sonny joined Baily Garner in October 2018 and since then he has become a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB).

Throughout his career, Sonny has worked predominantly in the housing section on a large variety of different projects including a high-end commercial to residential conversion, rooftop developments and estate regeneration. Sonny sits within our Building Surveying group and is one of our Major Works programme leads, specialising in major projects in the residential sector including retrofit, refurbishment and maintenance schemes.
