Neil Hope

Neil is a chartered quantity surveyor, qualified value analyst and project manager, with expertise in large-scale regeneration projects, high profile section 106 developments and acting as independent certifier on behalf of developers. He joined Baily Garner as a graduate, following a year out placement whilst studying at university, and has progressed through the business to become an equity partner in 2016.

He manages a team in our project management and quantity surveying group, responsible for delivering new build and refurbishment works as employer’s agent, project manager and cost consultant/quantity surveyors within education, care, commercial and residential sectors.

Neil has considerable experience of partnered construction projects in both the healthcare and social housing sectors as well as cost management and project management of regeneration projects through a variety of procurement routes. He provides our clients with strategic advice in relation to alternative procurement methods for new build, refurbishment and cyclical maintenance frameworks.

He has managed many of our award-winning residential, regeneration and care schemes.
