Matt Hornsby

Matt is a chartered surveyor and project manager and has worked on a variety of residential and regeneration projects, ranging from large-scale refurbishment to new build developments.

He leads the Housing Major Works programme in our building surveying group with a focus on delivering project works in the residential sector. His experience encompasses successful delivery of complex projects, including leading and co-ordinating design teams from inception to completion.

As Management Representative, Matt successfully managed the development of our Environmental Management System and obtained ISO 14001 accreditation.

He is proud to have been part of the practice’s success for over 22 years and is keen to ensure others have the same opportunity through our APC trainee and apprenticeship programmes.
