Lucy Mullineux

Lucy joined Baily Garner as a graduate building surveyor in 2017 and joined the partnership in 2023. Lucy is a chartered building surveyor (MRICS) and programme manager for one of the building surveying programmes based in Birmingham, responsible for a team delivering a range of building surveying services across the Midlands. Lucy has worked extensively across the education and blue light sectors overseeing numerous significant refurbishment and maintenance projects, and in the residential sector working on retrofit and improvement schemes, as well as various survey programmes.

Lucy plays a major role in developing our people including mentoring and supporting our Birmingham apprentices on their apprenticeship journeys, and providing APC counsellor and workshop sessions for our APC candidates.

Lucy is currently a member of the Housing Forum’s Futures Network in recognition of her ongoing contribution and commitment to the industry.
