Laura Bradshaw

Laura has been at Baily Garner since 2015 and is based in the Birmingham office. She initially joined as the receptionist but pursued the opportunity Baily Garner presented to become a technical member of staff.  Following completing her masters degree Laura is now a Project Manager as well as Programme Manager leading a team of Employer’s Agents, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors.

Laura’s experience encompasses Employer’s Agent and Project Management services for new build residential developments for affordable housing providers across the county, through both Section 106 Development Agreements and land led JCT Design and Build contracts.  Laura also has experience working in education and blue light sectors.

Most recently, in 2022, Laura was recognised as a rising star in the industry and is a member of the Housing Forum’s Futures Network.
