Keith Exford

Keith has over 40 years of housing and property experience, reflecting management and director roles across the sector, including until 2018 as CEO of the largest housing association in Europe, Clarion Housing.

He is Chairman of AAIM Housing and until recently, was also a consultant for affordable housing and housing associations at global consultancy CBRE.

His role at Baily Garner is to provide challenge, guidance and advice to the partnership and board with a strong focus on people and organisation development.
