Joe Jackson

Joe is the commercial sector lead at Baily Garner and has worked with clients such as Aviva, DPD UK, L&G and several investment banks.

He is an experienced building surveyor and acts as project lead and client manager across a diverse array of projects. His expertise includes CAT A & B office refurbishment; commercial and residential refurbishment, remodelling and repairs; purchase and repair; stock condition surveys; decent homes surveys; cyclical decorations; demolition and rebuild projects; conversions and cost management.

Having joined the practice in 2011 as a graduate, Joe qualified as an RICS chartered building surveyor in 2013 and joined the partnership as an associate partner in 2017. He is passionate about helping our existing staff to develop and also encouraging young talent who are at the start of their careers in the construction industry. As such, Joe leads our graduate and year out placement recruitment as well as our internal post qualification training forums.
