Ben Nixon

Ben joined Baily Garner in February 2019 and since then he has become a chartered building surveyor (MRICS) and chartered construction manager (MCIOB).

Throughout his career, he has built up experience in social housing and the residential sector; acting as employer’s agent on residential new build/estate regeneration projects and acting as contract administrator on whole-house refurbishment projects. Ben is in our building surveying group, specialising in major projects in the residential sector including retrofit, refurbishment and maintenance schemes.
