Ben Lambon-Ralph

Ben’s journey with Baily Garner began in 2016 on a year out placement. He continued his studies at Sheffield Hallam University, where he achieved a First Class Degree in Building Surveying with sponsorship provided by Baily Garner. Upon graduating, he returned to Baily Garner as a Graduate Surveyor and has undertaken Employer’s Agent services for new build residential developments, and become qualified in Project Management.

Subsequently, Ben progressed to the Building Surveying Group and became a Chartered Building Surveyor with the RICS in 2022. He has successfully overseen numerous major projects in the residential sector, spanning retrofit, refurbishment, and maintenance schemes.

Ben joined the Partnership in 2023 and currently leads the Retrofit Team in London.

Ben is passionate about nurturing talent and promoting professional growth within the industry. He is enthusiastic about “growing our own” and regularly mentors junior staff, offering guidance and support towards their development aspirations. He is an active participant in Baily Garner’s APC support system, providing invaluable assistance to others on their journey towards professional certification.
