Andy Tookey

With over 30 years’ experience of working within the construction industry, Andy is a chartered surveyor, qualified project manager, value manager and asset manager. His experience has ranged from planned maintenance to large regeneration projects working on both strategic and delivery phases. Recent experience includes working on JV regeneration appointments and large strategic procurement programmes.

Andy has a passion for the built environment and is proud to manage a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that leads the way in providing the best customer experience and the quality agenda. He strongly believes in the pivotal role digital technology has and will continue to play in modernising the construction industry.

He considers it a privilege to have mentored many of the team at Baily Garner throughout his career, a number of whom are now equity partners in the practice. As Managing Partner, Andy is a member of the Baily Garner management group.
