Adam Pannell

Adam is a chartered quantity surveyor and currently manages a programme within our project managers and quantity surveying group. He is committed to the training and development of the next generation of surveyors and regularly seeks innovative ways to improve the quantity surveying offering.

With a passion for contract practice and administration Adam has delivered a variety of refurbishment and new build projects working on projects from a number of sectors, including residential, education, blue light and healthcare and has experience of traditional, NEC and design & build procurement routes. He also has retrofit experience including being part of the team to develop Baily Garner’s net zero new build and retrofit toolkits, responsible for providing cost advice on the various design proposals.

Adam has provided employer’s agent services for a range of new build residential developments, from large multi phased developments to challenging infill sites, as well as several new build Special Education schools for London Borough Councils.

He also regularly provides advice on the current challenges and market conditions, focusing on the inflation impacts the industry has experienced.
