The Chartered Institute of Housing’s annual conference takes place from 28 to 30 June at Manchester Central.

The new building safety reforms – re-establishing confidence in the system to ensure that tenants feel, and are, safe in their homes.
Andrew joins the panel looking at the new reforms, timelines for implementation, what registered providers should be doing now to get ready and what tenants and residents need to effectively engage with the process.

John will be a panellist on the BEIS and Unlock Net Zero SHDF Wave 2 Workshop. Understand the steps to make your retrofit project SHDF wave 2 ready and successful, and how to access the BEIS funded programme of support
In addition, Matthew Allcock is taking part in the Climate Change Hackathon as an expert mentor. The hackers will come together to help create a powerful and impactful consumer campaign, which will move people to change their behaviours and encourage everyone to do their bit to help reduce the impact our homes make.
