We are pleased to announce five promotions within the partnership, effective from the 1st May 2021.
Dan Bridgewater and David Anker are being promoted to Non-Equity Partner.
Dan is the head of our Birmingham group, responsible for the multidisciplinary team that provides our services to clients across the Midlands
David is based in our Eltham head office and leads our growing team of quality control inspectors and clerk of works, who are integral to our core value of delivering quality across all our projects.
In addition, three new Associate Partners join the partnership: Laura O’Donovan, Mustab Ahmed and Sarah Chisholm.
Laura is a chartered building surveyor with 17 years’ experience in construction consultancy practice. She currently manages the housing compliance team in our building surveying group.
Mustab has been working in the sustainability sector since 2008 and joined Baily Garner in 2015. Having started as a sustainability consultant, he has progressed within the practice and now leads our sustainability team.
