Since our management buyout nine years ago, Baily Garner has grown, diversified, and flourished. We now have over 250 staff working from our offices in London, Birmingham, and Manchester. This growth reflects our ability to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients and the industry.
To facilitate our next phase of development, we are delighted to announce that Bradley Webster will take on the role of Managing Partner from 31 March 2025. Our current Managing Partner, Andy Tookey, will transition to the role of Senior Partner, enabling him to concentrate on achieving our strategic business plan and growth ambitions. Andy shared his thoughts on this transition:
It has been a pleasure and honour to lead Baily Garner and I’m very proud of what the business has achieved. We are committed to building on this success in the years ahead. The mistake that many businesses make around succession is leaving it too late – either linking it to a retirement or worse, not having a plan or sticking to it.
The other key to success is surrounding yourself with good (or even better) people. Bradley is a fantastic example of Baily Garner’s “growing our own” ethos. I‘ve been lucky enough to have worked closely with Bradley during his career at BG, so I can vouch for his talent and expertise; I’m entirely confident his skill and ability will lead and transition the Practice into our next phase.
The re-definition of our leadership roles enables me to continue to contribute to the strategy behind our business plan and to concentrate on achieving our growth ambitions, whilst ensuring that the transition is fully supported and seamless.
This key milestone ensures that we continue to build on our successes and sustain growth. At Baily Garner, we believe in continuous improvement and embedding transformation at all levels of the business to ensure we deliver exceptional services to our clients whilst creating an environment where our employees can thrive.
