Baily Garner has proudly secured first place in the Employee Development category at the Building Communities Awards 2025.
The accolade is given to companies in the construction industry that demonstrate an exceptional ability to nurture the growth of their employees.
Baily Garner’s win demonstrates the strength of our ‘growing our own’ strategy – a commitment to finding and retaining new talent by offering them the opportunities and support required to reach senior positions at the company.
“We’re incredibly proud to be recognised as a developer of talent,” said Tim Bush, Senior Equity Partner, who collected the award.
“Many Baily Garner Partners, including myself, began their careers here at an early age and would not be where we are today without the opportunities afforded to us. When the Equity Partners took over the leadership of Baily Garner in 2016, we vowed to create an environment where others could thrive no matter their background. Since then, we’ve worked hard to ensure every one of our colleagues has a clear roadmap and the support to achieve their ambitions. This award is proof we’re on the right track.”
Baily Garner’s entry highlighted our industry leading first time APC pass rate of 90%, and our partnerships with schools and colleges to support students and afford them opportunities to learn and develop with us.
Also included was support for the Armed Forces Covenant and Build Force, through which we’re actively recruiting and developing ex servicepeople.
