For nearly 50 years, we have been working to positively impact people’s lives through a wide range of services, including building surveying, architecture, project management and more.
Now, we are set to expand our horizons beyond our established offices in London and Birmingham.
With the opening of our new office in Manchester, we are excited to serve more clients in the North West, contributing to the city’s architectural landscape and supporting local communities with sustainable, innovative building solutions.
Tom Cadman, Associate Partner at Baily Garner, is leading the new expansion and brings with him a wealth of expertise in building and quantity surveying, project management, and legislation. Having already played an important role in developing the business across the Midlands out of our Birmingham office, Tom is eager to do the same in Manchester.
Helping Tom to deliver our services nationally from across our other offices will be Partner, Dan Bridgewater, Associate Partner, Jay Woolway, and Partner, Colin Talbot. Their combined expertise covers architecture and building regulations, QCI and clerk of works, and CDM and Health & Safety.
Joining Tom at the new Manchester office is a team of ambitious professionals, all dedicated to delivering the same exceptional service we have come to be known for as an organisation. The team covers multiple areas of expertise, ensuring we provide our clients with a suite of comprehensive and bespoke solutions to suit your needs.
Speak to TomWith a rich history reflected in the buildings that make up its impressive skyline, Manchester has long been famous for its industriousness, as well as its thriving culture, and is becoming ever more popular amongst both businesses and people looking to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
For us, Manchester represents an exciting opportunity to help continue its legacy of hardworking people coming together to make something remarkable. What’s more, it offers us a foothold to drive our expansion across the wider North West region.
Whether through retrofit services, that transform older properties into high-performing, energy-efficient buildings, or creating new and exciting spaces that enable local communities to thrive, we are here to help further the growth of the UK’s North West alongside our own development.
