We are proud to announce that Baily Garner has joined the Prosper Design and Consultancy Services Framework, becoming a preferred supplier of multidisciplinary consultancy services for its clients.
The framework will be open to members of Prosper, as well as public sector contracting bodies that include (but are not limited to) registered social landlords, local authorities, educational establishments, charities and blue light organisations.
In our role as a multidisciplinary consult, we will provide architect, surveying, employer’s agent and clerk of works services across North, Central, South East and South West England, as well as Wales.
In addition to the multidisciplinary services supplied in North and South East England, it will also perform the principal designer role on contracts in these regions.

Prosper estimates the value of contracts to be assigned to consultants on this framework to total £50m.
Baily Garner will be included on the Prosper Design and Consultancy Services Framework for 4 years on the basis of this award.
