We are pleased to announce that Andrew Little has been promoted to Equity Partner.
Andrew has been at Baily Garner for 17 years, having joined the practice in 2003. Starting out as a graduate, he has worked his way up through the business and was promoted to Associate Partner in 2012, then became an non-equity partner in 2016.
He currently heads up our Building Surveying group which focuses on providing a full range of building surveying services to our clients on their existing buildings.
Andrew is a chartered building surveyor and qualified asset manager with experience spanning refurbishment, planned maintenance, term partnering and estate regeneration. He is a member of the RICS Built Environment Editorial Panel, an APC assessor and has been heavily involved with establishing our development programme for school leavers, apprentices, year out placements and graduates.
