Located on the corner of the busy road junction, on the site of a former public house and adjoining the significant commercial premises of Kodak, this redevelopment project was the first of many proposed under an area-wide regeneration initiative.
Headstone Drive redevelopment created 43 multi tenure apartments designed to achieve Lifetime Homes standards, including parking provision located under a podium deck to the rear of the development, landscaping and a play facility above. All homes were completed to achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
