Baily Garner were appointed as Employer's Agent to deliver a new build development of 30 apartments for outright sale, forming part of Stockwell Park regeneration. 

Lying within Stockwell's Conservation Area, the site for Redmayne House posed a number of challenges for the project team. Once the existing 1960s block was demolished, maximising the development potential of the site involved building up to existing boundaries.  Open consultation meetings with local residents and stakeholders provided an opportunity to present proposed façade materials and finishes chosen to ensure the new building was sympathetic to and complemented the existing street scene and adjacent buildings. As the development was for outright sale, marketing and sales teams were heavily involved in the design process, taking part in regular Design Team Meetings chaired by Baily Garner.

The new development, comprising a four storey and a three storey block each with their own entrance and core, was built to a high standard, with generous room sizes and emphasis placed on maximising natural light to the 2 or 3 bedroom homes. Each apartment has a private balcony or terrace and benefits from a communal eco garden, underground parking and secure bicycle storage.
