Baily Garner was appointed as Employer’s Agent under a Section 106 Development Agreement for 37 affordable homes within the larger redevelopment. The mixed tenure homes will include 24 units for rent and 13 for shared ownership, with typical values of £800 - £1000 per sq. ft.
